Osteopathy is a holistic, hands-on allied health profession focused on helping the body move and function at its best. Osteopaths assess how the muscles, joints, nerves, posture, and lifestyle factors may be contributing to pain or restriction, rather than only looking at the site of symptoms.
Treatment may include hands-on techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, stretching, dry needling, exercise prescription, and practical advice around movement, posture, and self-management.
Osteopathy can assist with a wide range of concerns including back and neck pain, headaches, jaw tension, sports injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort, and general aches and pains. Our goal is to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support your long-term wellbeing.

Our clinicians are registered with all major private health insurance providers, allowing eligible patients with Osteopathy extras to claim private rebates.
Please bring your health fund card to your appointment, either a physical card or digital version, so we can process on-the-spot claiming via HICAPS.
If you forget your card on the day, the full appointment fee will be charged and a payment receipt will be provided. You can then submit this receipt directly to your health fund to receive any eligible rebate.

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Depending on the area being assessed or treated, some treatment is often most effective with less clothing, sometimes down to underwear. Your comfort and consent are always the priority, and we use towels for draping throughout the session while communicating throughout the appointment.
If you wear a bra, we recommend one with a back clasp. This often allows the bra to remain on during treatment and be unclipped temporarily for treatment of the back.
If you have long hair, bringing a hair tie can also be helpful for easier access during assessment and treatment.
If you ever feel unsure or prefer to remain more covered, just let us know, we will always work with what feels right for you.

We provide osteopathic care throughout all stages of pregnancy, with treatment tailored to your trimester, symptoms, comfort, and changing needs along the way.
Our clinicians are experienced in supporting pregnant patients and offers evidence-based support for common pregnancy concerns such as back pain, pelvic discomfort, rib pain, posture changes, and general tension.
We also have a specialised pregnancy table that allows many patients to lie comfortably on their tummy, making treatment both comprehensive and safe when appropriate.
